Falafel Bowl

Ingredients

  • 78 grams premade Falafel
  • 1/4 cup Couscous (dry, uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Greens
  • 1/4 Cucumber (small, sliced)
  • 2 tbsps Radishes (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsps Tzatziki

Instructions

  1. Cook the falafel and couscous separately, according to each package direction.
  2. Add the mixed greens, cucumber, and radishes to a bowl. Add the couscous and falafel and top with the tzatziki. Enjoy!
