
Ingredients
- ½ cup raw pistachios, walnuts, or seeds
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
1. Place your nuts, cranberries and dates in a food processor and pulse just until combined leaving large chunks of pistachio.
2. Add honey and chia seeds and pulse a few more times or until combined.
3. Separate into 8 evenly sized balls.
