Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, halved, pitted and peeled 
  • cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder 
  • cup honey 
  • teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
  • Flaky sea salt for serving 

Instructions

  1. Puree avocados, cocoa, honey, and vanilla in a food processor or blender until smooth. 

  2. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving. Serves 4
