Chicken Breakfast Burger

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Extra Lean Minced Chicken

  • 1/4 cup Parsley (very finely chopped)

  • 3 Garlic (cloves, minced)

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Or Ghee

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the chicken, parsley, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Form the mixture into thin patties approximately 10-centimeters in diameter. In batches, cook for four to five minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
