Ingredients
- 1kg minced beef
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- Leaves from 3 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 medium onion (minced finely) - or spring onion for those still sensitive
- 2-4 garlic cloves (minced finely)- optional
- A shake or two of pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. I find it easiest to just mix with my hands.

Form eight burger patties of equal size.
