2 cups choice of nuts or seeds

1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC
- Spread the seeds out on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for seven minutes, careful not to burn. Remove the seeds immediately and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for five minutes.
- Add the seeds and salt to a food processor. Blend continuously until smooth, about two to four minutes. Enjoy!
