Hi there, I'm Claire!

By trade I am a Clinical Naturopath’, and my areas of specialisation are

Mental Health, Chronic and Adrenal Fatigue, and Children's Health.

My work also draws heavily from my years of experience in Herbal Medicine, Functional Nutrition, Life Coaching, Movement & Trauma release. 

I have had the honour of helping thousands of people reshape their mental and physical health, using the combination of tools and modalities I have developed and combined along the way.

I have been working inside Naturopathic clinics and with herbs since i was 13years old (when i did work experience and then offered a job). 

I was originally trained by the ‘ old school’ Naturopathic mentors, and was taught true herbalism, remedy preparation and the old, holistic priniciples of Naturopathic Medicine and Detoxification. 

With 23years of clinical experience and post graduate studies, my work now offers a blend of all that i have learned – which is effectively to simplify things as much as possible for the greatest impact, without the overwhelm for you. 

Seasonal philosophy of Natural Body Lab

At Natural Body Lab, health is approached through rhythm rather than urgency. The clinic’s philosophy is grounded in the understanding that the human body is not static — it responds continuously to the natural world around it.

Seasonal shifts influence digestion, immunity, hormones, mood, energy, and our nervous system, and working with these rhythms allows the body to restore balance more gently and sustainably. Rather than forcing constant intervention, care is shaped around the cycles that already exist in nature.

Natural Body Lab draws on seasonsal wisdom including foods, wild plants, and the resources available around us- recognising that what nourishes and supports the body changes throughout the year. As the seasons shift outside, they also shift within us — affecting how we process food, manage stress, recover from (and even moreso prevent) illness, and maintain resilience. When health is approached in this way, the focus moves away from doing more, and toward responding more intelligently to what the body is asking for at different times.

This philosophy reflects a core belief often shared at the clinic: “Take it back to the way nature intended.” The further we move away from natural rhythms — from seasonal eating, rest, and connection to the environment — the more strain the body experiences. At Natural Body Lab, returning to these foundations is not about going backwards, but about restoring coherence between the body, the seasons, and the way we live, naturally.
