Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup almond or coconut
- 1/4 cup ghee, olive oil, or applesauce
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180oC and grease a baking dish
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from pan and cool before frosting.
