4 Sweet Potato (small)

2 tbsps Ghee (softened)

2 tbsps Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370ºF (190ºC).
- Use a fork to pierce the potatoes all over. Place in the air fryer and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until cooked through and fork tender.
- Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the ghee and soy sauce and mash together.
- When ready to serve, slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and dollop the butter on top. Serve and enjoy!
