5 Parsnip (medium, chopped)

1 1/3 tbsps Ghee

3 tbsps Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Add the parsnips to a mixing bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, ghee, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Pour the tamari mixture over the parsnips and mix or toss until they are well coated. Spread the parsnips onto a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until caramelized and browned, flipping halfway through.
