Sea Salt and Lemon Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Purple Cabbage (thinly sliced)

  • 1 Lemon (large, juiced)

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (flakey)

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and massage the lemon juice and salt into the cabbage to soften it. Divide onto plates and enjoy!
