Millet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Millet

  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Add the millet to a pot over medium heat. Let the millet toast for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Carefully add the water to the pot then bring to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid and cook the millet for 15 to 17 minutes or until the water has been absorbed and millet is tender.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving and enjoy!
