1/2 cup Millet

1 cup Water
Instructions
- Add the millet to a pot over medium heat. Let the millet toast for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Carefully add the water to the pot then bring to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid and cook the millet for 15 to 17 minutes or until the water has been absorbed and millet is tender.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving and enjoy!
