Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the sausage and cook, stirring often until cooked through, about eight minutes.
- Add the eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for two to three minutes or until the eggs have cooked.
- Cut the pitas in half. Stuff the pitas with the egg and sausage mixture and enjoy
